EmotiNest Terms of Service
By downloading or using EmotiNest, you agree to these terms of use.
1. Acceptance of terms
By installing or using EmotiNest, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Description of service
EmotiNest offers daily logs, emotional predictions, and EmotiCoach. It is not a medical service, does not replace therapy or professional evaluation, and is not an emergency service.
3. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older. The account and responsibility always rest with the adult who creates it.
4. Subscriptions and payments
Monthly subscription of US$19.99 with a 30-day free trial. Payment method required. Cancel from your Apple or Google account before renewal to avoid charges.
5. Acceptable use
You may not decompile the app, use it to harass others, share illegal content, or create automated accounts.
6. Intellectual property
EmotiNest, its name, logo, and code are the property of Paul Estrella / DevOpsHererd. Use permitted for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
7. Limitation of liability
EmotiNest is provided as is. Predictions are estimates and do not guarantee specific results.
8. Emergencies
EmotiNest is not designed for emergencies. If you are in immediate danger, contact your country's emergency services.
9. Applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic.
