EmotiNest Privacy Policy
At EmotiNest we take your family's privacy very seriously.
1. Information we collect
We collect email, child profile (name, age, diagnosis), emotional logs, device usage data, and app version. We do not collect your phone number.
2. How we use your information
To show you predictions, personalize EmotiCoach, improve the app, and provide support. We never sell your data or show personalized ads.
3. Third-party services
We use Claude API (Anthropic) for EmotiCoach, Firebase for analytics and authentication, and RevenueCat to manage subscriptions.
4. Data storage
Data stored on secure servers with encrypted transmission (HTTPS). Internal access limited to those who need it.
5. Child protection (COPPA)
EmotiNest is designed for adults (parents and caregivers). We do not use children's data for marketing or show behavior-based advertising.
6. Your rights (GDPR)
- Access, correct, or delete your personal data.
- Object to certain uses or request data portability.
