Delete your EmotiNest Account

We respect your right to control your data. Here we explain how you can delete your account and all associated information.

Option 1: Delete from the app (Recommended)

  1. Open the EmotiNest app.
  2. Go to Settings (gear icon).
  3. Select Delete account.
  4. Confirm your decision.

Important: This action is permanent. All your data, profiles, logs, and EmotiCoach history will be deleted.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

We will process your request within a maximum of 30 days.

Do not forget to cancel your subscription

  • iPhone/iPad: Settings → Your name → Subscriptions → EmotiNest → Cancel
  • Android: Google Play → Menu → Subscriptions → EmotiNest → Cancel
